Our Philosophy
In 2005 Lucy and I decided we wanted to try and help more people get fit. Being personal trainers is finite in terms of how many people you can sanely train each week. So when the first ipod came out we really wanted to recreate all our best workouts as small format ipod videos. These workouts were the best of the best, the ones that got incredible results for our clients over and over. We watch fitness videos, we actually stood in studios and did them. 15 minutes in we were drenched in sweat and pushing maximum heart rates, the trainers on the videos were hardly breaking sweat. So rather than edit our workouts over several days, they run in real time. When you see us hurting it's because we are. You're all going to have good days and bad days, a bad night's sleep, dehydration or any number of unknowns can make you less than your best, don't worry just work through it with us.
